Our facility is an Illinois-licensed alcohol/drug treatment provider that offers in-person and virtual services. We regularly work with revoked drivers to provide detailed evaluations and treatment documents for driver's license reinstatement hearings with the Illinois Secretary of State.
Cloudgate Healthcare also provides court-approved treatment for various Illinois courthouses after a DUI, including Cook, Dupage, and Will Counties. We offer evening and weekend Zoom sessions, as well as individual meetings to accommodate clients.
SECRETARY OF STATE EVALUATIONS
Our office is licensed in Illinois to complete evaluations for all driver’s license reinstatement hearings with the Secretary of State, regardless of which county the DUI took place in the past. COURT-ORDERED EVALUATIONS
Every courthouse varies on whether they require a specific agency to complete an evaluation for a DUI pending in their jurisdiction. In cases where a certain agency is required to complete the original evaluation for court, our office may still work with the court as an approved provider for treatment and DUI risk education. The following counties have specific rules for evaluations and/or treatment:
Dupage County.
Evaluations for pending DUI cases in Dupage County must be completed by Dupage County’s DUI Evaluation Unit. Click here to visit the website for court-mandated Dupage County DUI Evaluations.
